Refund policy

At Kristina Decor, every wreath is handcrafted with care using real, natural materials, excl. ornaments. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

All sales are final.
Due to the handmade nature of my designs and the use of delicate, real materials, I cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Exceptions:
If your wreath arrives damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at kristina@kristinadecor.co.uk or 07349 239817, including clear photos of the issue.

Eligible items may be:
- Repaired and re-dispatched, or
- Refunded in full once inspected and received back in original packaging.

Are your wreaths made from real materials?

Yes. Every wreath is crafted using real foliage, botanicals, and natural elements with the occasional props as an accent. We work with both local and speciality growers to source premium-quality evergreens, seedheads, citrus, pinecones, and florals.

Are your wreaths handmade?

Absolutely. Every wreath is artisan-made by hand, one at a time, in our studio. No two wreaths are ever identical.

Why are your wreaths limited edition?

Because we work only with real, seasonal materials and handcraft each piece, our collections are small-batch by nature. Once a collection sells out, it will not be restocked until the next season.

Are your bouquets made from real flowers?

Yes. All of our bouquets are created using 100% real, premium-quality flowers and natural foliage, sourced from trusted local and speciality growers.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes. Currently we only do pre-orders for Valentines gifts/bouquets made fresh pre-delivery.

How long do your wreaths last?

Indoor wreaths typically last 4–6 weeks with proper care.

Outdoor wreaths can last 6–10 weeks depending on temperature and humidity.

Evergreen wreaths can last for several years.

Can I display my wreath outdoors?

Yes! Our winter wreaths perform beautifully outdoors in cooler temperatures. A sheltered door or porch will help maintain longevity.

Do berries or botanicals fall off?

Some delicate berries or dried botanicals may naturally shed over time, this is normal for real materials.

How do I care for my wreath?

Keep away from direct heat sources (radiators, fireplaces, strong sun).
Mist lightly once a week if displayed indoors.
For outdoor use, simply hang and enjoy.

What sizes do your wreaths come in?

Most designs are available in 16”, 20”, and 22”. Measurements refer to the outer diameter.

Do you create custom wreaths?

Yes, bespoke wreaths are available during the season.

Why do prices vary between wreaths?

Each design uses different combinations of foliage and botanicals.

Materials like eucalyptus, exotic seedpods, citrus, and luxury stems have higher seasonal costs, and some designs require more labour hours.

How is it packaged?

Bouquets are locally deliveried. Hand to hand from shop to specialised courier to you, ensuring you have it ASAP just like the picture.

Each wreath is carefully secured in a recyclable kraft box designed to protect the foliage during transit.

Do you ship nationwide?

Nationwide is exclusively reserved for wreaths. We ship across mainland UK via Royal Mail Tracked services. Free Delivery

Bouquets are shipped only within Norfolk including nearby locations. If you arrived here via advert you're good to go! If you're still unsure contact us or place an order. Free Delivery

Can I choose a delivery date?

Wreaths dispatch according to our seasonal schedule to ensure fresh arrival. Specific date requests may be possible. Message us before ordering.

Can I return a wreath?

Due to the perishable, handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless your wreath arrives damaged.

Do you charge VAT?

No we are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to your order.
